Chalet Schöne Aussicht can be rented from Saturday to Saturday. The following booking calendar is based on this. However, on request it is possible to arrive or leave on other days as well. In that case, I request you to contact me. Certain flexibility is possible especially outside the high season. I like to accommodate your request!

Departure at the latest 10:00 am.

The Rental Agreement is determined through an offer and an acceptance. This is established through a reservation request (offer) of the Tenant and the acceptance of this request by the Landlord. The Landlord strives to let you know within 48 hours whether the reservation request is accepted or not.

Be aware that e-mails sent by us can end up in your 'spam' folder.

* The above price includes:

  • Water, electricity, heating
  • High-quality, wireless internet in the entire house and on the terrace
  • Sonos Music box, games and toys, collection of DVDs
  • Cable TV
  • Washing machine and dryer
  • Beds made on arrival
  • ‘Initial stock’ toilet rolls and kitchen paper on arrival
  • ‘Kitchen set’ consisting of scourer, laundry detergent, dishwashing brush, dishcloth, dishwasher tablets.
  • Crib, high chair, playpen, changing mat, baby bath, step (on request)
  • Bread delivery service provided by the local bakery (on request, minimum order size applicable)

* The above price does not include:

  • Mandatory final cleaning € 200, -.
  • Mandatory purchase of bed linen and towels for € 15 p.p. per stay.
  • Tourist tax (from 15 years: € 1.55 p.p.p.n.).
  • Deposit of € 500, -.

To keep the house clean and fresh, pets and smoking are not allowed.
